We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you don't or if you have changed your mind, you can return most unused or unwanted items.
Change of mind:
If you have changed your mind, we may offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
- the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
- you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase
- the items are unused with all original packaging
- the item is not subject to the exclusions listed below
All returns requests will need to be made and approved via either email or phone.
Excluded change of mind items:
Unfortunately, most custom orders will be excluded from our change of mind refund policy. We provide digital artwork for your confirmation, after you placed your order. Once this is approved and the products have been taken into production, the products will be excluded from the change of mind refund policy.
If you have placed your order for custom products by accident or changed your mind before the artwork was approved and the products have been taken into production, you can still apply for a refund.
Proof of purchase:
Refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
- Online tax invoice
- Packing slip
- Credit Card statement
Please note that our team members are not responsible for proving your purchase. You must supply the proof of purchase, which our team members can validate.
Purchases with discounts:
When products are purchased with a discount, the discount must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you like to keep some products from your order, the discount will be recalculated based on the remaining products.
How to return:
When your refund or exchange request has been approved, instructions will be given on how to return your items. Please note that returns or exchanges can involve extra postage charges.
