Returns and refunds are handled on a case per case basis.
Unfortunately there will be no refunds for custom products. We try to show our products as clear as possible on our website. However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, we can do an exchange for you. The extra delivery and return costs will be at customers expense.
If your products are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a replacement or refund.
