FAQ

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Estimated delivery times can be found in the product description of each product. Most products are kept in stock and posted the same or following business day. Custom products and bulk orders have an estimate delivery time of 3 - 4 weeks. Our main postage carriers are Australia Post and Aramex. Please click here for their estimate delivery times.

I live on the Gold Coast can I pick my order up?

Yes you definitely can! Just use code 'LOCAL' on check out and the shipping cost will be waived. Once we received your order, we will get in contact with you to organize a pick up day and time.

I don't like my products, can I return or exchange  them?

Please read our return policy to find out if you can apply for a refund or exchange.

My products are damaged or faulty, what do I do?

If your products arrived and they got damaged during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We also recommend taking photo's of the packaging and damaged products. If you're products are faulty, please contact us via email or phone and we will organise a replacement for you.

Are there any other colours available than the ones on your website?

Yes there are. We have a wide range of token colours and can make the collector tops and bottoms in almost any colour as well. Just send us an email and we will reply with the available colour scheme. Please be aware that most custom colours have a minimum order quantity and are available to subject.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes for most products we do. Please contact us by email info@combicraft.com.au including the products you are interested in and the amount you like to purchase.
