How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to keep enough stock of all our products, so most orders will be posted the same or next business day, depending on the day and time the order is placed. Normal parcel post takes around 5-7 business days, express post takes around 1-2 business days. For large quantities, delivery time may be longer. If you need products urgently, please contact us beforehand so we can advise of the delivery time.

I live on the Gold Coast can I pick up my order?
If you order more than 5000 pieces you can use the code 'LOCAL' on check out and shipping costs will be deleted. Once we received your order we will get in touch with you for the address and pick up time.

I don't like my products, can I get an exchange / refund?
Returns and refunds are handled on a case per case basis. We try to show our products as clear as possible on our webshop, however, if you are really disappointing with the received goods, we will try to come to a suitable solution. 

My products are damaged or faulty, what do I do?
We advise customers to check their order for any damages within 24 hour of delivery. Sometimes products can get damaged during the delivery process. Please contact us within 24 hours if this is the case. If your products are faulty, please contact us and we will replace or refund the goods.

Are there other colours available than the ones displayed on your website?
Yes there are many more colors available. Please send an email to: info@combicraft.com.au advising what colours you are after and we will reply within 24 hours.

Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, please contact us by email info@combicraft.com.au and we can give you some special prices based on your required quantity etc.
